Through funds provided by the Governor's Office of Storm Recovery, the Alliance for Coney Island, was selected to manage supplemental sanitation services and a community ambassador for the Mermaid Avenue commercial corridor. Additional funds through Councilman Mark Treyger provide similar services in the Amusement area.
